This apartment is not suitable to live in due to its location It is located in front of a street and behind a high speed road making it very noisy Additionally soundproofing between floors is inadequate even the slightest movement upstairs can be heard downstairs There are mice in the building this can be confirmed by looking for mouse droppings near the stoves edge Furthermore there is a marijuana den nearby which one can smell from the parking lot underground garage and corridors at back I even saw two people smoking with specific utensils through the window of their room To make matters worse air conditioning cannot be used during summer as it is prohibited here meaning you will not get your deposit back since they deduct money for various reasons Therefore it would be unwise to stay here because of its cheap price you would lose both your health and money if you did so I am merely deleting comments that other people post out of fear of exposing serious issues inside this apartment my own comments are all true more ... hide ...

Pros We had great landlords and the scenery was very nice Cons I wouldnt recommend living here as theres an infestation of silverfish and Strata does virtually nothing to maintain the building On top of that they have implemented unreasonable rules such as with regards to airconditioning we experienced four major heat waves this year but they were more conce 2022-10-21T08:32:18Z
Pros We had great landlords and the scenery was very nice Cons I wouldnt recommend living here as theres an infestation of silverfish and Strata does virtually nothing to maintain the building On top of that they have implemented unreasonable rules such as with regards to airconditioning we experienced four major heat waves this year but they were more concerned about how the building looked with all the airconditioners in windows People were practically dying due to overheating yet they still cared about preserving its beauty The garage is always filthy windows only get cleaned every two years and homeless people rummage through our garbage leaving it around everywhere Some of the concierge are rude and unhelpful while most tenants are selfish and inconsiderate not to mention their elevators which are a joke I cant wait until we move out more ... hide ...

We have been living in this building since March 2020 and intend to move out when our lease is up Although many people may enjoy living here we had an awful experience There are a few positives such as the location and cleanliness but there are numerous drawbacks These include frequent false fire alarms at late hours like 2 am or 3 am which can wake sleeping 2022-10-21T09:02:18Z
We have been living in this building since March 2020 and intend to move out when our lease is up Although many people may enjoy living here we had an awful experience There are a few positives such as the location and cleanliness but there are numerous drawbacks These include frequent false fire alarms at late hours like 2 am or 3 am which can wake sleeping children lifts breaking down every few days leading to long lines outside during rush hour security system failures that require someone from the 30th floor to come down and open the door and constant construction noise starting early in the morning except on Sundays if youre lucky enough that the fire bell doesnt go off Additionally theyve imposed a new moveout fee for weekends taking advantage of those who need to move in or out on those days due to their job The silver lining is that all amenities gym sauna pool etc were closed throughout our entire stay here due to Covid for our health benefit All things considered we will never come back here more ... hide ...
