Pros: We had great landlords and the scenery was very nice. Cons: I wouldn't recommend living here as there's an infestation of silverfish and Strata does virtually nothing to maintain the building. On top of that, they have implemented unreasonable rules such as with regards to air-conditioning; we experienced four major heat waves this year, but they were more concerned about how the building looked with all the air-conditioners in windows. People were practically dying due to overheating, yet they still cared about preserving its “beauty”. The garage is always filthy, windows only get cleaned every two years and homeless people rummage through our garbage leaving it around everywhere. Some of the concierge are rude and unhelpful while most tenants are selfish and inconsiderate; not to mention their elevators which are a joke! I can't wait until we move out!
