I had to relocate from Toronto to Regina for work and due to the pandemic opted for a remote virtual tour a decision I would later regret Once I arrived the apartment was in an unacceptable state unclean and unappealing I took multiple pictures as evidence and showed them right away to the landlord Despite my efforts in working with him he showed me another 2022-10-28T00:02:19Z
I had to relocate from Toronto to Regina for work and due to the pandemic opted for a remote virtual tour a decision I would later regret Once I arrived the apartment was in an unacceptable state unclean and unappealing I took multiple pictures as evidence and showed them right away to the landlord Despite my efforts in working with him he showed me another property located downtown but it was still lacking in cleanliness So I decided that it would be better if I moved out instead of staying however when informing him of my choice the landlord became aggressive and threatened not to return my damage deposit even though I had only stayed there for five days The landlord Keith Bartlett was extremely rude and unprofessional so much so that I had to take further action by filing with ORT Thankfully this worked out in my favour as he never responded back Do not recommend this landlord at all especially if youre from out of town Honourable mention MCKK Property Management is one of Reginas better landlords TENANT BEWARE more ... hide ...

I resided in 28 for two years but had to move out since I needed an extra bedroom My stay was quite pleasant no pest problems timely maintenance service for minor issues lots of nearby eateries and free parking Nevertheless the laundry machines were not optimal especially for white clothes difficulty regulating hotcold water in winter months cramped bedrooms 2022-10-01T17:02:17Z

I stayed at this residence for eight months subleasing for the summer In my opinion it was a terrible experience and I do not suggest this place to anyone searching for an apartment It may appear desirable however you are paying too much for what you get in my case there was a busted ACHeat cheap furniture obnoxiously loud neighbors who played music late into the night we complained 5 times before I had to go bang on their door myself faulty equipment none of the offerings were available and poor management especially Peter who shouldnt be employed My room had a window that looked directly into another apartment and one of my roomies didnt even have a window The layout was stupid so it felt like money down the drain When attempting to move out they made it hard and I almost had to call lawyers To avoid being put through this hassle please seek out other housing options more ... hide ...

The list of grievances is extensive The staff are irresponsible and try to absolve themselves from responsibility they also discriminate against those with disabilities viewing them as frauds All the doors have sagging hinges which make a loud sound when closing the boiler system smells of Glycol and likely isn't good for health Furthermore the garbage bins 2022-10-28T00:32:17Z

The proximity of fire hydrants in this townhouse complex is an advantage giving dogs in the area a good spot for bathroom breaks Additionally guest parking and the peacefulness of the neighborhood are great features Unfortunately there have been problems with rats and silverfish in basements that stay even after they have been reported to property management 2022-10-28T01:02:17Z
