The staff are irresponsible and try to absolve themselves from responsibility; they also discriminate against those with disabilities, viewing them as frauds. All the doors have sagging hinges which make a loud sound when closing; the boiler system smells of Glycol and likely isn't good for health. Furthermore, the garbage bins are far away from the doors which are hard to open. The roof leaks in rain and there is mold due to poorly maintained plumbing, plus cockroaches and other insects roaming throughout. Even more suspiciously, one day a member of staff had an unknown laptop – at the same time one was reported stolen by a resident outside his door. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - not even my worst enemy!

2023-02-03T20:30:02ZI and my roommate moved into Timbercreek at the end of 2019 and are in love with our apartment since it is a much better option than Red Bricks, where we used to live. We have an upgraded suite which costs 200 extra dollars each month and haven't experienced any issues with insects like cockroaches or ants. When we first arrived, people were available to help us move in and an inspector came immediately after that to take note of any problems which were fixed quickly. The washing machines are in perfect condition, as well as the building's upkeep and lack of mold. In addition, the lobby recently got a makeover although it already looked great beforehand. On top of that, every encounter with the staff has been nothing but pleasant since they are very friendly and always willing to help out.

2023-02-03T20:00:04ZI felt the need to warn others of this place; as a newcomer to Canada, I had little understanding of my renting options. The building is old and the shared areas are not cared for or cleaned. Initially, I reported a strange noise coming from the heating vents like running water and was told it was normal; however, after multiple complaints, they acknowledged there was an issue and fixed it. Additionally, construction during the day and a barking dog at night add more noise that cannot be addressed by management. There's also something on the roof making strange noises which might be rodents--a scary thought for me who still has to live here for a few more months with sadness everyday.
