Additionally, guest parking and the peacefulness of the neighborhood are great features. Unfortunately, there have been problems with rats and silverfish in basements that stay even after they have been reported to property management. Furthermore, due to difficulty managing them, new owners are usually found each year who attempt to sell the units which have been rented for ten years or longer. Lastly, while they are marketed as luxurious dwellings, these townhouses lack proper craftmanship and use low-grade building materials.
