The proximity of fire hydrants in this townhouse complex is an advantage, giving dogs in the area a good spot for bathroom breaks. Additionally, guest parking and the peacefulness of the neighborhood are great features. Unfortunately, there have been problems with rats and silverfish in basements that stay even after they have been reported to property management. Furthermore, due to difficulty managing them, new owners are usually found each year who attempt to sell the units which have been rented for ten years or longer. Lastly, while they are marketed as luxurious dwellings, these townhouses lack proper craftmanship and use low-grade building materials.

I strongly advise against taking up residence at 87 Cartier Road in London Ive only been here three months but its felt like an eternity due to all the issues Ive had Not only do they expect me to pay for parking despite not having a car my ground floor doors don't properly lock a stick is all that stands between me and anyone who wants to enter Furthermore 2023-03-02T12:00:05Z
