The North has certainly benefited, but this hotel doesn't quite measure up to the one in Rankin Inlet. Some rooms lack an exterior window and have only a porthole-style window looking onto the hallway. The toilet is fitted with a lift station/macerator connected to the shower drain, so every time you flush or take a shower it sounds like a plane taking off. Nonetheless, Wi-Fi is good, cable decent, rooms comfortable and clean; plus there's a kitchenette. Guests will also appreciate that it's very quiet and there's full-size kitchen on site for their use. All in all it's okay for staying overnight; yet something more modern like Rankin Inlet would be preferable.
