Property management was pleasant and the building dog friendly but patience is required for maintenance It can be noisy at times When we vacated we were charged a 100 general cleaning fee that was not part of our agreement nor had there been a checklist given for us to clean it ourselves If you are considering living in Hinton consider other options first

We are currently living in this apartment building which has recently seen a breakin that cost us 5000 worth of valuables I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor state of this residence What we pay for monthly is not at all worth it if I could give less than one star I would The apartments have inadequate ventilation and only two windows that open about seven inches wide in summertime there is a fly problem both dead and alive in the stairwell Furthermore the other tenants are extremely nosy resulting in an uncomfortable living situation The outdoor parking provided by the building is terrible don't be fooled by claims of underground parking and during winter time its especially difficult to find a spot as snow plowing isn't being done when spots become vacant as expected Also rent continues to increase beyond national inflation rates without any improvement in services provided or timely repairs despite promises made otherwise notice may be given for any disruptions but resolution never follows through This message comes from an unhappy current resident more ... hide ...

We moved into this building in 2021 and the movein process was very smooth the management had communicated exactly what needed to be done for us to transition in Our unit was updated with a modern kitchen which I love because of its open concept and presence of a dishwasher which not all apartments have The lobby and hallways are always kept clean and our neighbours are friendly as well The building is pet friendly too We havent had any problems but if we do have small issues the management tends to it right away Its close to groceries banks restaurants TTC buses as well as Leslie subway station All in all I am very pleased with my experience here I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends more ... hide ...
