    Suites are always professionally cleaned prior to move in, and very generous pricing is offered. 24/7 on-call maintenance and resident manager services are available, as well as security cameras and on-site laundry facilities. The building is pet friendly and family oriented; it's located 5-10 minutes away from a grocery store, medical clinic, school, and more. Common areas are disinfected in response to COVID-19 1-2 times daily.

    Property management was pleasant and the building dog friendly, but patience is required for maintenance. It can be noisy at times. When we vacated, we were charged a $100 "general cleaning" fee that was not part of our agreement, nor had there been a checklist given for us to clean it ourselves. If you are considering living in Hinton, consider other options first.
