Living in that awful place for three months was a nightmare My wife and I were subjected to the inconsiderate stomping of the guy upstairs day and night making our apartment shake The continuous noise caused her immense distress with tears being shed often He even seemed to move furniture around daily with loud thuds accompanying his relentless movements Whe 2022-10-22T03:32:18Z
Living in that awful place for three months was a nightmare My wife and I were subjected to the inconsiderate stomping of the guy upstairs day and night making our apartment shake The continuous noise caused her immense distress with tears being shed often He even seemed to move furniture around daily with loud thuds accompanying his relentless movements When we reported it to the building manager he dismissed us saying this kind of intrusion was expected in normal living situations It was too bad because otherwise the apartment itself was not bad however it became unbearable due to all that noise We had no other choice than to find a new home far away from that lowgrade building filled with sound pollution more ... hide ...

I cannot praise this rental building enough but I will try to explain why The location is fabulous nearby to a major highway full of amenities in the plaza behind and within a 10 minute walk to other stores such as Walmart The building is clean and wellmaintained with regular cleaners and landscaping Maintenance or repairs are done quickly by a maintenance worker when needed Jennifer the leasing manager is amazing she always answers my questions promptly and is incredibly friendly creating an inviting community atmosphere Assigned parking in the garage along with visitor parking in the lot or onroad makes accessing the building easy My unit has a great layout with plenty of outlets plus a walkin closet and storage space features that are standard for most units here The balcony size is great too soundproofing has been successful as I rarely hear from my neighbours although some noise from upstairs occasionally All things considered I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent more ... hide ...

This review is going to be lengthy but for a good reason My unit details are given below so as to provide an idea for prospective tenants Most of my words are of appreciation for the consistency transparency and safe environment in this apartment complex I and my roommate lived here when WPM LLC owned it now Maryland Management We lived in 45 apartments before this one but nothing compares to Riversides property aesthetics unit size and price amenities etcetera We moved into the 2BR2BA apartment with 1200 sq ft back in July 2020 and left it in October 2022 while facing reasonable rent increases throughout our stayThe pros include key FOB method which ensures safety through twodoor entry system weekly building cleaninghousekeeping large bathroom mirrors with ledges thick walls which prevent any noise from neighbors no pest issue whatsoever spacious island and sunroom big bathtub almost like a jacuzzi parking space availability nearby Ventura WayPannell DrOld Philadelphia Rd detachable sink faucet head for convenience etcetera The area is safe quiet and family friendly while maintenance team is outstanding too The cons comprise slow email response times sometimes no long term leases available anymore plus stairs are long narrow making moving grocery shopping a bit hard but still close to 95 highway so driving isn't an issue usually In conclusion Riverside Apartments living experience is luxurious without more ... hide ...
