West Town Court offers four one-bedroom layouts from approximately 682 to 776 square feet, two two-bedroom/two-bath designs of approximately 882 and 991 square feet, and a three-bedroom/two-bath layout of approximately 1,344 square feet. Each home has a kitchen island and pantry, a washer and dryer, walk-in closets and a private patio or balcony. Quartz counters, deep farmhouse sinks and glass-tile backsplashes define the kitchens. Selected homes have upgraded appliances, lighting and hardware, with plank-style flooring and carpet options.

The community combines an outdoor pool and lounge seating with a resident clubhouse, cybercafe and fitness studio. Two canopied play parks, a cornhole area, courtyards, gas and charcoal grills and an outdoor entertaining kitchen provide shared outdoor spaces. Cats and dogs can use the leash-free dog park. Access uses a gated entry with ButterflyMX intercom, and Package Concierge lockers handle deliveries. Covered parking and garage rentals are offered, while residents submit service requests through the portal and have access to 24-hour emergency maintenance.
