Classic and Premium homes with lake and greenbelt access.

Village at Lakewood offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Classic and Premium collections. The homes span approximately 730 to 1,200 square feet, with full-size washers and dryers and private patios or balconies. Selected homes add upgraded kitchens, French doors, vaulted ceilings or a wood-burning fireplace.

The community has its own pool and spa areas, fitness facilities and clubhouse, plus access to the Lakewood HOA greenbelt and lake. Each apartment receives an assigned covered parking space. Dog-washing facilities, Amazon package lockers and outdoor bike racks add practical conveniences.

Included parking: One covered space per apartment; open parking is also offered at no charge.

Utilities & internet.

Utilities: Utilities are separate from rent. Additional billing can include pest control, Conservice, common-area electric and gas.
Internet providers: The FAQ lists Verizon and AT&T and a preinstalled Spectrum Wi-Fi offer with first month free.

Lease terms.

Notice and early termination: The FAQ requires 60 days’ move-out notice. For early termination it lists rent during that notice period plus a fee equal to one month’s rent.
Subleasing: Subleasing is not allowed; lease renewals are completed online.
Smoking areas: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Furnished rentals: Furnished apartments are not offered.
Deposit alternative: Jetty offers an alternative to the cash deposit with a nonrefundable monthly or one-time payment.

Application & insurance.

Income requirement: Income of at least 2.5 times monthly rent is required.
Income documents: Income verification can include pay stubs, offer letters, tax statements or bank statements.
Required liability insurance: Renter insurance must include at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage.
Application charges: An application fee applies per adult and an administration fee per application.
Classic housing options: Classic apartment rates are based on household income; the community also offers Premium layouts.

Inside the home.

Layout range: One-, two- and three-bedroom homes span approximately 730–1,200 square feet. Selected layouts have upgraded finishes.
In-home laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in every apartment.
Private yards: Apartments do not include private yards.
Interior options: Private patios or balconies, with French doors, wood-burning fireplaces, upgraded kitchens and vaulted ceilings in selected homes.
