The Vue has a wide range of apartment sizes on North 10th Street: a 375-square-foot studio, 650-square-foot one bedroom, 775-square-foot two bedroom and 915-square-foot three bedroom. Homes have upgraded kitchens and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Acora Asset Management handles leasing and resident services. Residents submit work orders through an online portal, with a separate 24/7 line for maintenance emergencies. The manager accepts co-applicants and requires identification, income documentation and rental-history verification.

Per applicant. Unprocessed applications may qualify for a refund under the manager’s first-come processing policy.

Pets.

Manager pet policy: Acora allows up to three pets without a breed list but does not accommodate extra-large dogs. Reptiles, large birds, exotic pets and aquariums over 15 gallons are not permitted.

Lease terms.

Leasing arrangements: Corporate leasing and subleasing are not allowed under Acora’s policy.

Application & insurance.

Application documents: Acora requests photo ID, the three most recent pay stubs with corresponding bank statements, and three years of rental-history verification. Self-employed applicants can use the most recent tax return; bank statements alone are not accepted as income proof.
Adult applications: All planned occupants over 18 submit an application.
Co-applicants: Acora combines applicants’ pretax income and averages their credit scores. Co-applicants apply and pay the application fee.
Limited credit or rental history: An increased deposit may be required when credit or rental history is missing and the other criteria are met.
Before move-in: Residents establish electricity service, gas where applicable, and renters insurance; proof of coverage and utility account information are provided before move-in.
