The Selene’s six floor plans begin with a 401-square-foot studio and include three one-bedroom designs at approximately 444, 552 and 614 square feet. Two-bedroom options have either one and a half bathrooms in the 778-square-foot B1 layout or two bathrooms in the 852-square-foot B2. Apartments include air conditioning, microwaves, refrigerators, spacious closets and wood-style flooring. Full renovations and partial upgrades are separate interior choices; quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, dishwashers and ceiling fans are offered in selected homes.

The community on North Cave Creek Road has a shared laundry facility, swimming pool, spa and fitness center. Gas barbecue grills and covered parking are part of the gated grounds, with management and maintenance on site. Cats and dogs are welcome, with up to two pets per home.
