Every home includes a full-size washer and dryer and central heating and air conditioning. Private patios or balconies provide outdoor space, while selected homes have fireplaces and black kitchen appliances.

A reserved covered parking space comes with each apartment, and uncovered guest parking is available. The gated community has a pool, spa, fitness center, clubhouse and outdoor grilling area. Willow Bridge manages the smoke-free property and organizes monthly resident social events.
