DO NOT RENT HERE.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....I rented townhouse and it was the worse experience I've had. Overpriced and they charge you for amenities that you will not receive. Of course they add garbage pick up to your rent and it took them 6 months to start picking mine up....they kept my deposit and tried to say I owed them money. View the attached pics and you tell me. I even had their carpets professionally cleaned....They tried to tell me the floors were damaged...look at the pics really closely...they said the stove was "severely stained"....look at that stove and oven.... fridge and freezer spotless....rip off artist and if you read this and move in and get burned just take the L and walk away cuz you were put on notice.

Teyani in the office is very impressive. I work for a vendor that services 4127 Arcadia. I have visited more times than I can count and every time she is bright as sunshine, happy, and helpful. But, today I saw something that amazed me yet again. She and office staff were being confronted by less than nice people. The manner in which she defused, acknowledged, and was sympathetic absolutely was amazing to behold. What an asset you have there. I was impressed enough to send you this review. Thank you for having an amazing team!
I had a great experience getting into my new apartment at 4127 Arcadia, especially with the assistance of Teyani. The application and move-in process was very quick and smooth, and I was kept informed every step of the way thanks to their excellent communication. Teyani was especially helpful, patient, and well-spoken throughout the entire process, which made everything even easier. The apartment was very clean when I moved in, and the only minor issues I noticed were addressed quickly after I informed the office. Overall, the complex is very quiet and peaceful, and I’m very happy with my experience.
Its been at least 2 weeks with lights being out in entry ways and paths, making it unsafe for anyone especially children and women. There are roaches no matter how clean you are. They should be spraying monthly with the way people live.
These apartments have really up their game in the past couple months. There is new management and since they took over the Maintenance is on top of everything and gets most calls done within 24 hours. The office staff is really friendly and strait to the point. They accepted our application when my girl had an eviction on her credit. We did have to pay a larger deposit but our view is beautiful of camelback mountain on the fourth floor. This is the best location!!! Walk downstairs to 🔥🔥 restaurants and bars. Highly recommended this place.
