A grassy pet pad provides outdoor space for animals. The monthly charges for unit 08 include an ADT smart-home package, water, sewer, trash and a common-area fee. Up to three pets share a flat household pet fee and monthly pet rent.

Application & insurance.

Application documents: Three recent pay stubs and corresponding bank statements, photo identification and three years of rental history. Self-employed applicants use a tax return; bank statements alone are insufficient.
Combined applications: Acora combines applicants’ pretax income and averages their credit scores. Each adult occupant applies separately.
