Revival Midtown’s one- and two-bedroom apartments have all-electric kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, private balconies or patios and in-home washers and dryers. Shared spaces include a pool with a cabana, barbecue areas, a cornhole patio and a dog park with waste stations.

Parking is part of the monthly utility package, alongside water, sewer, trash, gas and pest control. The east lot has open parking and the west lot has reserved spaces, with both covered and uncovered options. Residents arrange APS electricity and internet separately. Routine maintenance is on site two days a week, supported by a 24-hour emergency service.
