Sunela offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, including loft layouts. Interiors have GE stainless-steel appliances, quartz counters, vinyl-plank flooring and nine- to ten-foot ceilings. Every apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer, managed Cox Wi-Fi, a smart thermostat and electronic entry locks. Patios or balconies are available in selected homes.

The two-story fitness center is open around the clock, with Peloton bikes, TRX equipment and a Jacobs Ladder. Outside are a heated pool and spa, private poolside ramadas, grills and fire pits.
