Sonterra Apartments at Paradise Valley offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on North Tatum Boulevard. Full-size washers and dryers, stainless-steel appliances, microwaves, linen closets, oversized garden tubs and a patio or balcony are listed. Selected homes have quartz counters, wood-style living-area flooring, built-in bookshelves or a wood-burning fireplace. Attached, detached and double garages are available as optional rentals, along with storage.

The community has a pool and spa, a 24-hour fitness center, barbecue areas, controlled-access gates and a clubhouse with a coffee bar and complimentary Wi-Fi. Electronic parcel lockers, a laptop and printer station and 24-hour emergency maintenance provide practical resident services. Sonterra is a non-smoking community. Up to two cats or dogs are welcome, each weighing no more than 75 pounds fully grown. One nonrefundable move-in pet fee covers one or two pets; monthly pet rent is charged for each animal.
