Cortland Desert Ridge offers three apartment layouts: the 759-square-foot Agave with one bedroom, the 1,087-square-foot Mesquite with two bedrooms and the 1,262-square-foot Ocotillo with three bedrooms. Homes include full-size washers and dryers, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and private patios or balconies. Fireplaces are available in selected homes.

Two pools and a heated spa sit alongside a poolside lounge with a fire pit. The community also has a 24-hour fitness center, coworking space, a clubhouse with billiards and a coffee bar, an adventure playground and an outdoor kitchen. Detached garages provide a parking or storage option, and Amazon lockers handle package deliveries.

Pets.

Pet household: Up to two cats or dogs per apartment; maximum weight of 80 pounds per pet. Cats and dogs must be registered with the community.
Dog breed restrictions: Restricted breeds and mixes include Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Cane Corso and Mastiff breeds.
Other pets: Permitted animals other than cats or dogs must remain in a cage or tank, with a two-animal limit and no pet fee. Tanks over 50 gallons, non-domestic animals, venomous animals and exotic pets are prohibited.
