Pet household: Up to two pets per apartment with no dog weight limit. Pets must be registered through the community’s screening service; visiting and unregistered pets are prohibited.
Restricted animals: Restricted dog breeds and mixes include Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois and wolf hybrids. Exotic pets including snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys and venomous animals are prohibited.
Assistance animals: Assistance-animal requests use separate accommodation protocols rather than the pet policies.

Lease terms.

Smoking policy: Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property.
Lease options: Selected lease terms of up to 24 months are offered.
Subletting: Subletting and short-term rentals, including third-party vacation-rental arrangements, are prohibited.

Application & insurance.

Liability coverage: Liability insurance is required; residents can use the preferred provider or a third-party policy.
Income requirement: Verified gross monthly income generally must reach three times monthly rent. The published criteria provide an exception for qualifying subsidy or voucher-assisted units in applicable jurisdictions.
Income documents: W-2 workers provide 28 consecutive days of paystubs from the last 90 days; self-employed applicants provide three recent bank statements. Other listed options include benefit letters, gig-payment statements, a qualifying new-job offer letter and documented investment income.
Screening: Application review covers credit, rental and employment history and criminal background; individual circumstances are considered.
Adult applications: Each intended resident age 18 or older completes an application; guarantors also apply.
Occupancy: The FAQ lists two people per bedroom, excluding children under 24 months from the count.
