Lease terms.

Move-out notice: The FAQ states a 60-day move-out notice requirement.
Subletting: Prior written management consent and an application/screening review of the proposed subtenant are required.
Overnight guests: Up to seven consecutive days, no more than twice in thirty days; longer stays require office approval.

Income review: The FAQ describes a typical monthly-income requirement of approximately three times rent, along with credit review.
Guarantors: A guarantor may be required when the applicant does not meet the income requirement; the guarantor completes a separate application and satisfies income and credit standards.
