San Melia’s pool has a sand-beach entry, accompanied by two heated spas and a poolside entertainment lounge. Tennis and pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts sit alongside a playground, dog park and pet washing station. The fitness center is open 24 hours and includes yoga and spin space.

Five apartment layouts range from approximately 728 to 1,345 square feet, with one, two or three bedrooms. All homes include a washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, heating and air conditioning, and fans in the bedrooms and living room. Garages can be rented, and guest parking has no added charge.
