Sonoran Apartment Homes offers one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts with nine-foot ceilings and ceiling fans. Kitchens include a dishwasher, glass-top stove, microwave and disposal; selected homes also have a fireplace.

Pets.

Pet household: Up to two animals per home; fish tanks may not exceed 55 gallons and venomous animals are not allowed.
Pet documents: Pets require health checks, vaccinations, spay or neuter status and a signed animal addendum. Pets and service/support animals register with the third-party registration service.
Other household pets: Domestic birds and fish need written management approval. Exotic animals are not allowed.
Dog breed restrictions: Restricted breeds and mixes include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bloodhound, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogues de Bordeaux, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canarios, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard and wolf-dog hybrids.
