Shorter lease terms carry an additional $100–$500 monthly charge.

Month-to-month premium

Month-to-month leases carry a $500 monthly charge in addition to base rent.

A transfer within the community costs $1,000.

Income and screening

Applicants are generally asked for verifiable pre-tax income of at least three times monthly rent, satisfactory credit, positive rental history and criminal background review.

Additional qualification options

An additional security deposit or approved guarantor may be an option for applicants who do not meet the standard criteria.

Property insurance program

The property’s renters liability/content program costs $13 per apartment per month when applicable.

Optional furnishing

Furnished homes include a sofa, coffee table, media console, smart TV, mirror, queen bed with headboard and mattress, nightstand, hangers, dining table and chairs.

Coworking arrangements

Shared coworking spaces are included for residents. Private offices with one to three desks require a separate monthly rental.

Fitness facilities

24-hour resident fitness center. The ground-floor Yard Gym is a separate business with its own memberships.
