Roosevelt Row offers studios through three-bedroom homes with front-loading laundry, gas cooktops, quartz counters and Nest thermostats. Selected apartments add private outdoor space, hardwood flooring, wine refrigerators, Sonos sound or nineteen-foot ceilings. The layouts range from the 617-square-foot Anderson studio to the 1,641-square-foot Sach three-bedroom home.

Shared spaces have different uses: The Hangout combines a two-story clubhouse, kitchen and games; The Heath Club pairs indoor fitness with an outdoor yoga lawn; and The Overlook provides rooftop seating and firepits. Garage spaces and three sizes of storage are leased separately. The pet policy allows two cats or dogs, with a refundable deposit, initial fee and monthly rent for each pet.
