Brady has been wonderful my entire time here! This property is beautiful and I genuinely love coming home to it everyday! It is a very well taken care of property. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. If I have any questions Brady is very helpful and kind! I will definitely be renewing my lease! I can’t recommend this place enough!

The layouts range from the 617-square-foot Anderson studio to the 1,641-square-foot Sach three-bedroom home.
Shared spaces have different uses: The Hangout combines a two-story clubhouse, kitchen and games; The Heath Club pairs indoor fitness with an outdoor yoga lawn; and The Overlook provides rooftop seating and firepits. Garage spaces and three sizes of storage are leased separately. The pet policy allows two cats or dogs, with a refundable deposit, initial fee and monthly rent for each pet.

Roosevelt Row
I recently moved here from Egypt, and Roosevelt Row Apartment Homes made me feel at home almost immediately. Sylvina has been incredible every step of the way. She was honest, patient, and transparent while showing me the unit, answered every question I had, and has continued to be there whenever I've needed help. She truly made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. Before moving to Roosevelt Row, I spent a lot of time researching apartments throughout downtown Phoenix. For me, Roosevelt Row came out as the best choice not just because of the quality of the amenities, but because of the people. The sense of community here is something I didn't expect to find so easily. I've really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors, and everyone has been welcoming and friendly. Great vibes y'all and the pool is incredible. The atmosphere here is simply impeccable. I'm genuinely happy I chose to call this place home.
Great location, right next to a lot of interesting food and bars, great access to the rest of downtown. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and friendly, probably the best staff of any apartment complex I have ever lived. Parking is great, secure for residents and away from the elements. It is also easy to get guest passes. Units themselves have good layouts and features, WiFi (done through Cox) was almost always stable. If I didn’t need to live somewhere else, staying would have been an easy decision.
