Whole apartments and furnished shared-suite options.

Adara offers conventional apartments alongside furnished co-living suites. In the shared suites, residents rent a private bedroom within a three- or four-bedroom apartment and share the common living space. Conventional apartments are unfurnished, while an optional furniture provider is available.

The community has a pool and spa, a fitness center open 24 hours, a business lounge and bike storage. Its south leasing office is at 888 North 4th Street, with the north building at 333 East Roosevelt. Garage and covered parking carry separate charges; wired WhiteSky internet is included in the community fee.
