Paloma Village has studios, one-bedroom homes and two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments in a gated community on North 51st Avenue. The published layouts measure 392, 656 and 977 square feet. Apartments include a frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, air conditioning and large closets. A private patio or balcony adds outdoor space and extra storage; hardwood flooring is offered in selected homes.

Three remodeled shared laundry facilities serve the apartments. Community spaces include a pool and spa, a courtyard, barbecue and picnic areas, and a playground. Covered parking, package receiving, onsite maintenance and management, and Spanish-speaking staff support daily routines. Cats and dogs are allowed, with two pets per apartment and a 35-pound maximum per dog. Each approved pet has a $200 refundable deposit, a $200 nonrefundable fee and $25 monthly pet rent.
