Resident for 3+ years, ive seen the property change management and so far this is by far the best. The community manager Siria Valenzuela is so friendly and always goes above and beyond. Aspire West Phoenix
This property is okay but the move in process was very complicated and not smooth. I had scheduled a tour Saturday at 3:00 PM and they were out of the office. A different property manager gave me a tour but she didn't know anything. So I waited an hr or 2 for that because she went out for lunch and didn't know there was a tour. I signed the lease but had to call them about the process and when to get the keys and pay them. I get my keys and try to move in but get towed. I was never issued a parking permit or given one so make sure you have that. It'll save you 200$. My car was also scratched at the towing company. I had to clean the apartment bc there were dead bugs, a cigarette smell from the apartment, no smoke alarm, cigarette burns on counters, and now I have no hot water in the shower and had to take a cold shower. Luckily they did compensate me for the tow but overall just talk to the manager immediately and not a leasing agent.
I enjoyed visiting and looking at the units. Siria did a great job showing me around. She explained everything well and was very kind.
The property is very beautiful. The manager and team were super friendly and helped me with all the information I needed to help me make the best decision for my move!
Siria was great to work with i enjoyed communicating with her, and ivette made the whole process of applying super easy and walked me through all the steps!
