Marigold at Redwood is a small assisted living home on East Redwood Lane with a maximum licensed capacity of five residents. Its private rooms are paired with shared living and dining areas, a grassy backyard with date palms and home-cooked meals with snacks throughout the day.

Daily support includes medication assistance, personal hygiene, housekeeping and laundry. The home has wheelchair-accessible dining and bathrooms, bathroom grab bars and a roll-in shower in the master room. Wi-Fi, room cable television and shared iPads offer ways to read, listen to music or keep in touch with family.

Application & insurance.

Move-in checklist: The move-in checklist calls for a negative COVID-19 test, a TB test with no signs or symptoms, physician paperwork and prescriptions including over-the-counter medications. Power-of-attorney and Social Security, pension or benefits documents are requested when applicable.

Living & care services.

State inspection entry: The September 16, 2026 annual inspection appears in the ADHS index with the status “Enforcement”.
Personal care: Personalized care, medication-management assistance and help with personal hygiene.
Care payment options: Private pay and long-term care private insurance are accepted. The home lists an Arizona Complete Health ALTCS contract beginning October 1, 2024, including residents already enrolled or planning a Medicaid spend-down transition.
