Income requirement: Household income must be at least 2.5 times the rental amount.
Rental history: One year of good rental history or proof of home ownership is required.
Identification: Applicants provide at least one listed form of identification: government-issued identification, a birth certificate or a Social Security card.
Application screening: Applications are screened through TransUnion via Union. Screening considers credit, background and application information, and can result in approval, conditional approval with an additional deposit, or denial.
Guarantors and co-signers: A guarantor or co-signer may be considered following a conditional approval or denial recommendation, with a separate application and screening.
Occupancy limits: Up to three people in a one-bedroom home, five in a two-bedroom home and seven in a three-bedroom home.
