La Cima keeps its layout choices simple: the S1 studio and A1 one-bedroom home. Kitchens have gas ranges and stainless-steel appliances, and the interiors add office nooks, vinyl flooring and a patio or balcony. One-bedroom apartments include a washer/dryer combo; a shared laundry facility serves the community.

Covered parking carries no additional charge. Residents have a pool and sundeck, fitness center, two barbecue grills and a dog park. One pet is allowed per home, with a 30-pound adult weight limit. Monthly utility recapture differs by layout, and the cost sections separate it from rent, insurance and pet charges.
