Everlasting Services at Estrella Center offers assisted living on North 91st Avenue for adults with brain injuries and cognitive impairments, including younger adults. Apartment-style rooms have large closets and zero-barrier showers, while the Special Care Unit uses shower suites. The community provides certified caregivers on site around the clock, medication administration, assistance with daily living, linen and laundry services, housekeeping and three chef-prepared meals with daily snacks. Special dietary menus are offered.

A courtyard with walking paths connects with culinary and aromatherapy gardens and an educational pavilion. Residents have access to an art studio, game room, theater, activities room and an on-site gym. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are offered through a partnership with Rehab Without Walls. Transportation covers appointments, shopping, community outings and other activities. Building access is controlled, and a 24-hour emergency call-response system uses call pendants. The admissions process includes an assessment that can take place at a home, hospital or current care setting.
