Ellis Midtown offers studios plus one- and two-bedroom layouts, including several differently sized versions of each home type. Studios range from 481 to 533 square feet; the two-bedroom plans have one bathroom and 910 to 925 square feet. Kitchens feature quartz counters and new cabinets, while selected apartments add stainless-steel appliances, updated lighting and fixtures.

The community has two pools, a covered picnic area with gas grills and an outdoor lounge around a gas fire pit. A dog park, bicycle rack and parcel lockers add practical conveniences. Pet charges are separated into a refundable deposit, a nonrefundable fee and pet rent.
