Cobblestone Apartments pairs one-bedroom homes of 615 or 707 square feet with two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts of 911 or 967 square feet. Original and renovated options are offered. Apartment features include washers and dryers, fireplaces, walk-in closets and balconies or patios; renovated interiors add quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances.

The fitness center includes Peloton equipment and a complimentary resident membership. A pet grooming center has two wash stations, dryers and grooming tables, alongside a dog park. Two swimming pools, a spa, walking paths, barbecue areas and a clubhouse add shared outdoor and indoor space.

Pets.

Pet approval and documents: Pets require advance approval and a pet agreement. A veterinarian statement from the past 12 months documents health and vaccinations; animal photographs may also be required. Exotic animals are not allowed.
Dog breed restrictions: The leasing policy prohibits Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas and Huskies, including mixes. Assistance animals are not treated as pets and are exempt from breed restrictions and pet fees.
