Avilla Magnolia
Lived here for a year, management is very nice and always happy to help. They got a well kept pool and customary bbq grills for whatever the occasion and their pricing on their units is pretty fair. The whole area of the property is well kept and they offer a reserved parking with free towing if someone parks in your spot. Also I seen they had security guard walk the property at night which is a peace of mind. PS Gated community is a win. Overall would recommend. :)
We have been on a few tours at other places but this one was definitely the best. We got a good feel of the environment and loved it! Brittany was amazing in taking us around and explaining everything. I hope to become a resident soon!
Brittany has a beautiful spirit and personality and that alone makes me want to move here. On my tour she introduced the team and they were actively caring for their property even the maintenence supervisor Albert. I believe Lauren also is maintenence and everyone was friendly and welcoming. It didn't feel like they just wanted my money and they were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to tour before the end of the day lol! Sorry.
Highly recommend Avilla Magnolia. I just moved in this month, so far I’ve noticed how clean, organized and family oriented the community is. If you’re considering moving here make sure to ask for Ms. Britney. She was very welcoming, patient and diligent throughout the whole process.
