THE POMELO has one bedroom, one full bathroom and approximately 677 square feet. THE TANGELO has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and approximately 1,012 square feet. These are published layout options, not live availability.

The single-story villas have enclosed turf backyards, full-size washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands with quartz counters and wood-style flooring. Dual-vanity sinks, oversized closets and glass-enclosed showers are available only in select homes.

The published fee guide lists a $50 application fee per applicant, a $250 one-time administrative fee per apartment and a refundable security deposit of $500–$2,800 per apartment, depending on screening. Required monthly charges include $2 pest control, $25 doorstep trash and a $5.75 utility billing administrative fee per apartment. Utility usage and other allocated charges are separate; these amounts are not a total monthly housing quote.

Covered parking is optional at $20 per rentable item per month; garages are optional at $125 per rentable item per month, subject to availability. Up to three dogs or cats are permitted, with no breed or weight restrictions. Published pet charges include a $150 refundable deposit, $250 non-refundable fee and $45 monthly rent per pet. Applicants generally need gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times base rent; credit, rental history and background screening also apply. Renters insurance is required.
