Touchstone at South Mountain

I’ve been living here for about a month now and wanted to leave a review because my experience has honestly been really positive so far. A huge shoutout to Mikey, the Assistant Manager. He’s been amazing to work with and has made the whole move-in and living experience feel easy. Anytime I’ve had questions or ran into an issue, he’s been quick to help and always made me feel like my concerns actually mattered instead of making me feel like just another resident. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and wants people to enjoy living here, which makes a big difference. The community itself has been great too. Everyone has been welcoming, the atmosphere feels good, and the specials they offer are honestly hard to beat. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to live. After being here for about a month, I can say it’s been a great experience and I’m happy I chose this community.

I had such a great experience moving into this community! Mikey, the leasing agent who I later found out is actually the Assistant Manager, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I have honestly never met someone so communicative and consistent about keeping me informed every step of the way. The community is beautiful, the location is great, and honestly, the price is unbeatable for everything you get. Everyone has been so welcoming, and I recently found out we’re having a pool party this weekend, which makes the community feel even more fun and inviting. So far, everything has been amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. A huge thank you to Mikey and Bradley for making the process so easy and helping me find such a lovely home!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Touchstone at South Mountain, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. A huge shoutout to Sade, who made the tour feel personal and memorable. She was not only friendly and approachable but also extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided really helpful insights into the property and surrounding area. You could tell she genuinely cares about making sure potential residents feel comfortable and informed. The townhouses at Touchstone at South Mountain are absolutely beautiful spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Sade pointed out all the standout features, and her explanations made it clear why this place is such a great option. Whether it was discussing the floor plans, showing off the community amenities, or just talking about the neighborhood vibe, she was thorough and made everything feel easy to understand. What I really appreciated was how patient and relaxed Sade made the experience. She didn’t rush me and gave me plenty of time to take everything in. I left the tour feeling confident in my decision making process, and it’s all thanks to Sade’s excellent customer service. I highly recommend Touchstone at South Mountain to anyone looking for a new place and if you get to work with Sade, you're in for a top notch experience!

I wanted to share some feedback, as I’ve been feeling a bit disappointed with the property overall. The assigned parking is not very close to my building, and it seems to mainly accommodate residents in the middle buildings, which I understand. However, had I known this ahead of time, I likely would not have chosen this property.I’ve also noticed there are very limited accommodations for residents with disabilities, including a lack of nearby ramps to access the sidewalk, which can been challenging. I wish I had noticed this sooner. Additionally, I recently learned about the new program where payment is necessary if you want to reserve uncovered parking spots for your guest, and I am unsure how to feel about that. On a positive note, the staff has been friendly, which I do appreciate.
