Terrible maintenance or management never checks car parkings where cars are parked for weeks in unopened parking and we are told they are to move after 48 hours and nothing is done when they do not. Cars are also continuously parking in fire lanes and nothing is done as well. This is unacceptable

Hi everyone, This is becoming absolutely ridiculous. I’m so tired of waking up to find that someone has tried to break into my car again. I’ve spent so much money living here constantly having to fix the damage from these incidents. It’s frustrating that despite paying for a secure community, there seems to be little to no consideration for the safety of our vehicles. This morning, my door lock cylinder was jammed and broken. I’m honestly upset and concerned about what’s going to happen next. This should not be a recurring issue, and something needs to be done to address it.

I really enjoy living here but I think the pricing needs to be way more up front and honest. My “base rent” is and was listed as 1569, but every single month after trash fees, forced direct TV, electricity AND water (what are the utilities we are being charged for?) each month has been a MINIMUM of $1900. This month was $2200. UPDATE: rent was only under 1800 for three months, the rest of my time has been over 2100+. do not move here unless you plan on paying 28% more than listed. Couldn't recommend less.

I lived here when I first moved to Arizona from across the country and I felt so unsafe. Within the first couple of month we had a management change and rarely built up a sense of community. At move in there was a portal to report incidents and communicate with your neighbors if you had anything you wanted to sell and people would interact with each other but as soon as the new property management came in everything changed. My door camera was never loading properly, there was a gun that was firing in a unit right across from mine, there was a swat team at one point when I was trying to go to the gym going to the unit behind me, my neighbors got evicted and pulled out of their units by government agents. I had to watch my back at all times, I lucked out with amazing neighbors but without them being there I would've moved out a lot sooner.
