I like my new little apartment. It's very, very nice. The grounds are very well kept up. There's a huge dog park. My dog loves it there. She met a couple new friends so that's nice for her to get that energy out. I'm happy I don't have any complaints about this little apartment complex. I think it's absolutely stellar, quiet and kept very clean. Not a whole lot of unnecessary noise going on from children that live here. There are a few things that this apartment complex does not have one being a private balcony. But that's okay. You do get use of the balcony by your front door which mine is rather large, and there's not a whole lot of people walking by, so that's good.\n Yeah, so far, so good. II like my little apartment. It's very cute. And no complaints, none whatsoever. I'm adding this edit because when I wrote this first message or the first edit down I was in well I was being fooled it's a cute apartment I'm comfortable I do live upstairs and I do have trouble navigating up and down the stairs but that's neither here nor there here's where my problem lies and that was the assistant manager she told me that I got two months free and she told me that it could be spread out to the my 12-month lease which brought my rent down about $250 to $300 a month on my rent made it easier for me to handle my rent and all my other expenses after being homeless for a year after being very sick with cancer after living out of my car after you know couch surfing living in hotels I was finally able to get a place of my own Annette show me what the rent was going to be and we agreed so when it came time to sign the lease on the lease front page there was a different price then what she had quoted me she told me to sign up with it being that price because there would be an addendum on a page you know added to the lease for conservative ship or conservative whatever they call it anyways i don't know why I went ahead and trusted her with that because she genuinely seemed like she was coming from a place that she wanted to help I had no idea that it was her just trying to make a commission and that she was on her way out she was she was she was moving on to a different property so she didn't really care what what she said or what she didn't she just wanted to make that commission and move on anyways I do have him writing of her writing down what my rent was going to be what we agreed with the 12 months and everything she told me exactly what it was when it came right down to it and I went to pay my rent the next month told me that that was my rent the the 2 month free rent being spread 12 months they gave me the 2 months free rent however I explicitly said that I wanted it spread out on that 12 months had I known that it was not going to be I would have never had moved in here because that's not how I wanted it done we have choices but if we're not giving all the information we can't make the right choice for ourselves that's what upsets me about this whole situation is she lied to me and not only that she tried to call me up and talk mad shit to me I don't play that either so I'm reading all yours reviews here and I'm seeing that you guys have all been duped with prices too that they charge all these outrageous prices and stuff like that I legally even though it's not in a lease it is on paper and it is binding handle this I'm not trying to threaten anybody I'm just saying you should honor what your employees say if your employee says that the concession can be spread through the 12 months lease and you should honor that because they are representing you I'm not trying to cause myself problems I just signed a 12-month lease you know but I was homeless for 12 months and I was so happy to have a place a roof over my head it has been so hard with having cancer being homeless and all the other things that come along with homelessness I have pets that are my emotional support animals that I lost because of the homelessness and countless other things the list goes on and on and on and on the last thing I needed.

The Lotus
Apartment is nice on the inside. Never had any issues with the apartment itself. I was on the third floor, so there was a long walk everyday since there aren’t any elevators and that could be kind of scary if you live alone. Move out was horrendous. I was overcharged for paint, cleaning, etc when I left my apartment in great condition minus a few paint chips. I was never informed of any payments until my account was sent to collections. I advised they could have called me or emailed me back from my move out email. I didn’t mind paying the paint fee but the cleanup fee was not fair due to me cleaning before I left. I was also 8 months pregnant at the time so it was a very stressful move out. Would advise going in person to move out and doing a walk through with them.
I’m currently counting down the days to my lease ends. Neighbors blast music to the point my entire apartment shakes. The noise has gotten to the point that I get absolutely no peace in my own home. To the point it has negatively impacted my mental health. I’ve left multiple messages for the leasing office and none have been returned it’s been 6 months and nothing has been done. The staff lacks basic services skills and are rude. I came in to speak to someone about an issue I was having and when I attempted to speak with the leasing manager she raised her hand and shoo’d me a way and refused to assist me. Having to pay well over $1400 to be treated like garbage is mind boggling to me. Also it’s filthy the complex lacks basic maintenance. The walk ways are filled with dirt cobwebs and dog poop. For the amount of issues you’ll be forced to put up with i suggest finding somewhere else. The amount of hidden fees is astonishing, and again there’s dog poop everywhere the smell is atrocious. I constantly feel uncomfortable in my own home and I will not be renewing my lease. I’ve seen enough.
I am pleased to report we love where we live. The maintenance is on point, Hector (the manager) is cool. The gals who work in the office are great too. I’m a Deputy Sheriff and this place is affordable for the area I need to live in. My wife never has issues, my kids never have issues. I legit can’t think of one thing to complain about. I see people always upset they never answer, but I never need to call them. I put in a request and maintenance shows up. I pay my rent, I check my mail and they leave me alone. All in all a very calm and quiet place to live.
This place is not recommended at all. It’s extremely unhygienic, with cockroaches. When you go to redeem, they treat you badly, as if they’re doing you a favor instead of you paying for an expensive service. It’s dirty and disgusting. I do not recommend this place.
