I would like to let you know that Jeanae and DW are too wonderful people. They have helped me get things fixed in my apartment and they’re very pleasant to talk to and they respect you. If you let them know that there’s something wrong even on the outside they will make let the maintenance know to clean it. I’d like to let you know Jeanae and DW are too wonderful people. They are the two that are keeping me here. Thank you very much.

Great place to live. Everybody seems friendly. Rent is reasonable and lounge by the pool with neighbors is fun. Gym is 24 hrs

Apartments are always well maintained,pools always look super clean and sparkling,management and maintnance always on point and move quickly to resolve any issues or concerns. Definitely recommend living at Cabana Aldea.😊

Place is okay, It's a new build and you can tell by how rushed the buildings are. Very large gaps in doors and sprinklers. Not a single straight wall or door. I put in a maintenance request 9 days ago just for smoke alarm batteries and I haven't heard a word about our maintenance request. They were very quick to respond to questions and concerns when this place was brand new but it seems they have stopped caring as much. Very low water pressure in the units and we still only have 2 garbage bins for the community that is always full. This place is very close to Westgate and the stadium but that's about it. Nice looking community but can be very loud at times. I like this complex for the price but it has its drawbacks

I just moved into cabana aldea 2 days ago and I absolutely love it here!!! Brand new, modern, beautiful inside and out. The leasing staff is so very helpful, Aleia was amazing helping me situate a dispute as quickly as possible for approval and move in. I have never been happier.this move is a new beginning for my children and I. I am so blessed and thankful to have found this place that I get to call home! ❤️
