Spring Meadow Apartments offers three one-bedroom layouts of approximately 525, 557 and 618 square feet, plus a 778-square-foot two-bedroom with one bathroom and a 918-square-foot two-bedroom with two bathrooms. Homes are offered in unrenovated, renovated and upgraded versions, and washers and dryers are included in selected apartments.

The community has a pool, a spa, a fitness center and a dog park. Assigned covered parking is provided for residents, with uncovered spaces available for guests. Residents pay utilities and separate parcel-locker and PDLW fees. Applicants need verifiable gross income of at least twice base rent; guarantors must meet the separate five-times-gross-market-rent criterion. The pet policy permits up to two pets and quotes different household pet-rent amounts for one and two pets.

Parking: Assigned covered resident parking and uncovered guest spaces; the FAQ does not state a parking charge.

Utilities & internet.

Utility billing: Water, trash, sewer, common-area electricity and other utility fees are resident responsibilities and are added to rent on the first. SRP is the electricity provider.
Internet service: Cox Quick Connect is offered with a modem in the home. Its advertised 30-day free service does not establish ongoing free internet.

Guarantor income: Guarantors need original, verifiable gross income of at least five times market rent.
Rental history: At least two years of prior rental qualification.
Income verification: Software verification; banking information or pay stubs may be requested if no records are found.
Screening: Criminal-background, rental-history, credit and income-to-rent review. Bankruptcies, judgments or balances owed to other management may lead to denial.
Renters insurance: The FAQ says renters insurance is not required; the separately named PDLW fee still applies.
