Spring Meadow Apartments

I am going to truly missed this place. I was a resident here since 2022 and had to leave due to me needing a bigger space for my kids and me.But I’m grateful for the staff and Kasie working with me when I needed help with rental assistance while I was on maternity leave. It’s not a lot of places now that will work with residents. The apartments are nice for a person who is just starting out or need a new place. Thank you guys for everything ❤️❤️❤️

Do yourself a favor and don't rent here . Apart from the terrible hygiene including pests and flies with terrible maintenance, the laundry rooms don't work properly with your keys. Not only did I have a horrible experience living there, I had problems after moving out because they didn't give us any type of bill during the time period and they resorted to debt collection. Apart from being old and ugly, they ruin your credit. No matter how clean and in place you maintain the apartments, these problems will still be there. (Plus the dog poop smell is horrible and never goes away!)

I lived in these apartments for 2 years and can say that the customer service is top notch, the ladies in the front office are always welcoming and always willing to help me with any problems I have, the units themselves are a bit dated and and need some renovations as well as bug treatments but as I said very nice people and A really nice pool

I do not recommend these apartments they are riddled with roaches that not even a bug bomb will solve, in the state of Arizona if a apartment has to many bugs that’s it’s a health problem u can legally break lease and that’s what we did but they are still coming for us saying we brought the bugs and they sent a debt collection to try and get $8k out of us, I can promise u we did not bring the bugs I have a relative that lives at these apartments and he has bugs didn’t have bugs at the last apartment he lived in so I cannot stress this enough DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS

I don’t recommend living here. There were roaches a tone and not just in the apartments there were roaches roaming the damn apartment building it was absolutely disgusting to live in. on top of that they refused to do anything about it. Our ac unit broke many many times and there were times they would leave us hours with no air the apartment would get about 90 degrees and we physically had to leave for them to do something about the ac. They were also very rude and disrespectful when it came to asking for maintenance. The vending machines never work and the pool is never open. Till this day these people are still harassing us about that apartment since we moved. I don’t not recommend for the price they make u pay. Don’t reply with no fake response saying you didn’t know there were multiple times you guys ignored our work orders and calls.
