If I could do NO STAR I would.. This place is not a place to live.!! But if you are ok with roaches , cats I mean EVERYWHERE and lack of maintenance this is for you.!! Worse experience I've ever had. And if your not the boss at your job , don't move here because when your a DAY LATE and I literally mean a day late you will get a Five day notice.!! My husband job got hacked and he had to miss work they didn't care.!! They do not care for nobody but themselves.!! I recommend any other apartments in ARIZONA BUT THESE.!! I PROMISE YOU WILL HATE IT.!!!

Spinnaker Landing Apartments offers modern, comfortable living with great amenities and a strong sense of community. The property is well-maintained, and the management is responsive. A key highlight is Sylvia, the property manager, who is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents, making it a welcoming and supportive place to live.

This place had rats. When I was living there. Came from inside the walls, one bit my finger as I slept on a floor mattress. I was told they get the size of a load of bread. Maybe they cleaned up since then. How would I know if I reported it.?? When You were not in the office in the year I had this issue. .. but keep up the good work

Terrible !!! This place dosent even deserve not one star Theyve got roaches and bed bugs. Laundry room also has bugs. I had moved in not even a month and already roaches and bed bugs. Office sucks they never answer the phone even if you leave a meesage they dont return your call. This place all around sucks you can never find a parking due to broken down cars taking up all the space. Which they do nothing about im so happy my lease is up. Off to a much better place

With all that is happening with the virus going around this place is just a business. They don’t care about there residents and don’t care what financial situations we have going on right now. This place has roaches everywhere, in the fridge on the walls and in the bathroom. It’s disgusting and the fact that they are not willing to help is horrible. To top it off our car got broken into while living here and there cameras were “not working” and they never came to check to see if it got figured out or anything.
