It’s a good first time apartment, the light on the outside don’t work but they have a good maintenance guy he’s very kind & on top of things. I would say not so good owner/ management . Pool sometime take a while to keep clean. A lot of people don’t clean up after dogs. But overall friendly neighbors

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! Worst living conditions I’ve ever experienced. Management sucks and is very inconsiderate. AC goes off multiple times a year for “repair” and takes more than 3 days. Especially in hot summer weather.
