Paseo 51

I would like to highly commend Tina, the property manager at Paseo 51. She is professional, responsible, and truly genuine in her interactions. It is clear that she consistently goes above and beyond to support her residents. Tina is a joyful person to work with and serves as an excellent representative of the company’s values and integrity. She's the best!!!!

It was an amazing experience! Cynthia was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She made the whole process easy and pleasant. I am leaving very happy and truly appreciate her excellent customer service. Thank you, Cynthia!

I have had my issues with this place, but this is too much. No water for 8+ HOURS?? Staff has left the building and the maintenance crew, no one has responded to me for hours. I have left VM on the "emergency" line, emails, text messages. According to their site they close at 6 but I officially stopped receiving tesponses after ~4:48pm. They're lucky I can't afford to break the lease and move..... this is unacceptable. I have pets who need fresh water and a sick pet who needs warm water soaks. It is illegal to not provide water under AZ law, for any reason!!!

Tina helped me and my husband today get everything finalized and she was an absolute delight. Very helpful and Made the process easy.

I’m finally glad to be out of here and the nightmare I had to deal with for two years living in this Dump. I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone and would rather live in a tent than here. My very first issue I had was a mold/mildew smell that was never found but it was worse in my bedroom closet. My second issue was a leak in my bathroom ceiling causing my ceiling to collapse and having running water for two weeks before they found the problem. The whole time there was water leaking behind my bathroom vanity and into the living room making the paint Bubble in the living room corner. They never pulled any sheet rock off to see the damage behind my vanity into the living room they just put fans up and let it dry for a week before they fixing the damaged sheet rock. My third problem was when the contractor tracked sheet rock mud Everywhere in my apartment and I asked why he needed to be in my bedroom when I had my door closed and he went in there. Fourth issue the cockroaches were nasty and they didn’t care. The issue finally got fixed after complaining for months and then going to a tenant that had lived there for over 10 years that had an infection issue. My fifth issue they decided to put in wash and dryer in our units so they took our storage units and had us pull everything off ours walls so they could stick the electrical panel from one side to the other and it was a mess and a headache with them leaving piles of dirty everywhere even in the walkways. The sixth issue I had was my floor in my bathroom keep discoloring and they replaced it four different times before they said they were going to have a plumber look at things. Well they ripped up my floor without telling me. I get a phone call as I’m at work saying the plumber was leaving as my minor son came home if I didn’t get there in a timely manner. For weeks I had to deal with my bathroom floor ripped up and then when they fixed it they didn’t level the floor befit they put the flooring down and had to pull it back up to level the floor. After the floor was fixed they had put my toilet on crooked. The whole time waiting for my bathroom to be fixed. I use their model apartment my third day using their model apartment. I want to take a shower and I looked up and I seen that they’re ceiling was leaking and I thought oh my God déjà vu all over again because they keyed their model apartment to my apartment. I had the keys to both, so I had to sit there and wait five hours for the maintenance guy to fix the leak before I could even leave And go home to go to bed. My next issue I had they locked themselves out of my apartment twice and had to re-key my apartment twice the whole time living here. We went through six or seven different rental managers a ton of different maintenance people. All the renters have been rude and even their corporate rude, the only person that ever helped and made a difference. Here was Tony even though we had her ups and downs, he still made good, and even though they took him and put him at a different location for a while, he came back, and he tried to help the best he could, but his hands are tied, because corporate is so strict on the rules, I went in to talk to them about an issue I had once and then I told him that I felt like my rights were being violated and asked if I should get an attorney or talk to the state and they told me that my lease Was void, annoyed, and I could no longer go into the office. This place is a joke and once again I’m glad I no longer live there. They put a Band-Aid on everything they fix and that’s why they continue to have the issues they have there. Im sure I had other issues but I can’t think of them at the time of writing this review.
