Encanto Cactus Park

I strongly encourage anyone considering these houses to do thorough research and visit the property at different times of the day before signing a lease. My experience has been disappointing due to ongoing concerns about safety, property management, and the overall living environment. There are frequent issues with unauthorized individuals lingering around the property, which can make residents feel uncomfortable. I’ve also noticed loose dogs and stray cats roaming the grounds on multiple occasions, creating additional safety and cleanliness concerns. One of the biggest frustrations has been the lack of responsiveness from management when concerns are reported. Residents deserve timely communication and proactive solutions, especially when it comes to safety and quality-of-life issues. The community atmosphere has also been challenging at times. I have personally experienced interactions that felt disrespectful and unwelcoming, which made it difficult to feel comfortable in what should be a place to call home. Everyone’s experience may differ, but based on my own experience, I would not choose to live here again. I hope management takes resident concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements to create a safer and more welcoming community for everyone.

Horrible experience here!!!! My sister lived here for 4 years and Ive always visited at this property on multiple occasions but recently there has been a neighbor harassing me and other guest. I've seen with my own eye's this woman yelling, screaming and pointing in my sisters face when my sister tried to have a conversation with her. While we were confronting her and asking her to please calm down she tried to flip it and play the victim. This property is extremely unsafe from this women harassing guest to the homeless people on the corner.

We are so excited to be part of the community and are in love with our new home. I was so anxious and filled with nonstop questions and I cannot give enough praise to Lupe and the amazing work she does. Her quick responses and patience, as well as working with us every step of the way made the process quick and easy. Thank you again so much Lupe!!!!

Absolute worst neighborhood and community to live in/around. Homeless are scattered all over and around the neighborhood. Management will let emails and concerns from their renters go unanswered for days if not weeks sometimes with no response at all. Nobody in the surrounding area seems to be able to control their animals when outside barking all night long. Trash is strung across our sidewalks and streets constantly. Have been looking for a way out of this lease since month 2 or 3 of it because it’s that’s MISERABLE living here. Do yourself a favor and live ANY WHERE ELSE.

I've lived at this property for 4 years, they were very understanding during g COVD period and always worked with me. Always kept up the units nicely. I enjoyed my time at this property.
