Staying at Country Creek Apartments has been the best experience this far they work with you the apartment manager. Donna is amazing. She always has a good attitude when you come to her with your concerns. The maintenance response is phenomenal. The apartment I stay in is very spacious and newly Remodel I enjoy my apartment complex in the atmosphere around

I am very disappointed. Lived here for 5 years. They always said we were wonderful tenants. We gave them much grace because things often seemed overwhelming dealing with other tenants, like posting notices, trying to keep pools clean and open, and the overflowing dumpsters with litter throughout the parking lot. We moved out......finally able to find and save for a move...we are both on social security so it is very difficult.....we followed the proper procedure in the allotted times. Now it is nearly month later and we have no received our security deposit or itemized statement of charges. Needless to say, we are well past our 14 business days allowed the landlord to do either of the above. I actually sent an email to them a week ago and still have not been contacted in anyway. Now the must return the full security amount regardless of any deductions since they waited past the deadline. It seems we must file on smalls claims court.. it may cost them more now. I have so much more to include but it won't matter because the timeliness has passed. I tried to follow the rules but no one else did.

I recently moved into Country Creek, and from start to finish my experience was excellent. Jackie Vega in the office was the first person I met, and she was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. This is my very first apartment, so I didn’t know much about the moving process, but Jackie walked me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. Thanks to her support, I was able to move in quickly. The apartment I received was newly remodeled and freshly painted, and for my first place, it feels very nice and welcoming. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness I experienced throughout the whole process.

They gave us a date for move in and actually kept it! In fact, my fiance went to go check on how they were coming along and he told me the manager Donna was in the apartment side by side with the cleaning crew. How often do you see that? I've not seen one bug so far and that makes me happy 😁. I received all my keys at move in and was happy, very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. Met the security guard yesterday and he was very professional yet very friendly. I was however, disappointed that the pool wouldn't be open until May, but since it's warming up quickly they changed it to April, thank goodness. These apartments will keep getting more popular if they keep this type of management. Thank you ladies, I'm sure I will enjoy living here. Shannon and Robert So far I would absolutely recommend

We were in the area looking for apartments, decided to look at a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. We fell in love with the unit they showed us, and they had the unit ready for us to move in within a week. We're very happy and thankful for Jackie's help getting us into our first apartment.
