Literally the best most amazing ladies in the office! The manager Brenda & assistant manager Dania are the best always willing to help in any way possible! Any maintenance issues are addressed right away never had an issue & I’ve been here for almost 2 years. If I could give 1million stars I definitely would

I love these apartments! The staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful ive been here almost a year and I haven’t had any issues with anyone. They do keep it very clean as well which is great! I also had a previous eviction and they worked with me I’m glad I found them when I did.

This rating is GENUINELY from my heart and soul. When I say these apartments saved my life, I mean it!! My credit was horrible, I had evictions, going through many trials and tribulations at the time when I applied here. Dania and Brenda are angels sent from heaven and they didn’t even know it! They work in the office. They are always trying so hard to help people and truly care. They go out of their way to help your needs and try to ensure you’re not without a place to stay. I am forever grateful and thankful for them and the apartments. Not to mention it’s peaceful, clean, and they always remain professional with everything. I am truly blessed to have been able to live in this community and have been surrounded by people who actually care. I thank God for them. This community and the people that God placed here at the exact time was aligned. These apartments are great to live in and I feel safe when I am home. Thanks again Dania and Brenda for literally EVERYTHING!

I want to share my disappointing experience with the management of the condominium where I live. Although I’ve always been a responsible resident — I even once recovered and returned one fire extinguishers that someone else was trying to steal — the management decided to tow my vehicle without any prior notice. They claimed it was due to the lack of an updated sticker and a recently changed license plate that wasn’t registered with them, but they never contacted me to resolve it. It’s a complete lack of consideration towards someone who has positively contributed to the community. I would not recommend this condo to anyone expecting a minimum level of professionalism and resident respect.”

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent with you guys!!! The office staff is absolutely amazing even when your going through a tuff time they make the process easy and they keep you update and questions they’re always available and willing to answer. The leasing office is always so understanding, and they also hold community events which are fun for kids. They make you feel like its a family event going on. I love going into the office it always smells so good in there all the time. I just want to say a special thank you to Dania for always helping us when needed.
