Pet rules: The policy lists up to two indoor cats and one dog, with spay/neuter, current vaccination, licensing and ID-tag conditions. Dogs have a published 20-pound limit; restrictions also mention 15 inches in height and exclude dangerous animals. Whether the species counts combine requires confirmation.
