I’ve lived here for over 2 years now, and I am very satisfied with my apartment. It’s cozy, comfortable, and has truly felt like home. I also want to recognize Evelyn in the office for her outstanding customer service. She is always polite, respectful, and friendly. Whenever I need assistance or have questions, she is quick to help and makes the process easy. Her professionalism and positive attitude make a big difference and are one of the reasons I’ve enjoyed living here. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the kindness and genuine care I experienced. Evelyn took the time to listen, understand, and make me feel heard, which meant a great deal to me. Her compassion, patience, and positive attitude made a lasting impression and helped make my experience here feel much more welcoming. It's rare to come across someone who takes the time to connect with people in such a thoughtful way, and I am truly grateful.

On May 8, 2026, I, Madison Schmoldt, contacted Artisan Park Apartments to file a work order because the air conditioning in my apartment was not working. I was informed by my neighbor that a work order had already been submitted on May 6, 2026, regarding the AC unit making a very loud and disturbing noise. Today, May 9, 2026, the temperature inside the apartment has reached approximately 90 degrees. Myself, my significant other, and our child all suffer from asthma, and these conditions are unsafe and unhealthy for my family. I spoke with Evelyn in the office, and she advised me that all AC repairs are my responsibility according to my lease. However, my lease also states that the owner is responsible for maintaining the air conditioning equipment. My family has been unable to safely remain in the home for the past 2 days due to the heat and unsafe living conditions. On the evening of May 8, 2026, Evelyn provided a portable floor AC unit, but she did not provide all necessary parts or supplies needed for the unit to properly function. When I informed her of this issue, she stated that she had done everything legally required. I am formally requesting immediate repair of the air conditioning system and a safe, habitable living environment for my family. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with filing complaints with the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, Community Legal Services, local housing authorities, and local news media. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX at it is not a healthy or safe living situation they have not one time maintained or changed any ac filters there also was water damaged and possible mold per restoration company it’s been over 1 month no follow threw its a good thing my best friend is an apt manager and has helped me and educated me on my rights I am a young women they are trying to take advantage of.

JR is the only efficient staff member in this complex. So relieving whenever he comes for a maintenance request. Other than that, the other reviews are pretty much true. The lack of ADA accessibility here is also insane. I hope this is something they work on.

the staff that first helped us was not the best and dragged the process out way too long. Once the new property manager Chris started he was able to get me and my roommates into an apartment very quickly. since we got the unit last minute it wasn’t exactly ready but chris and the maintenance team have been working hard to get everything addressed and fixed as soon as they could! excited to experience living here:)!
